Amicroscopic colitis. The Past Few Years Ever since COVID happened my symptoms have been a little more severe than they were before. I deal with major chronic fatigue nowadays. My pain is somewhat manageable but the fatigue is not. It makes life a lot more difficult. Because of my fatigue it is harder for me to exercise. Most days my body feels extremely heavy or Im so tired that I just cant stay awake. Yoga and walking have almost disappeared from my life.
How I Feel I know that exercise
Its become so rare that I can actually do an exercise or a workout that it feels like a distant memory from when I could do these things. When I feel OK enough to do an exercise I sometimes try chair exercises. These are amazing and can really help Belize Mobile Number List with the fatigue afterward. I try my absolute best to exercise when I feel good enough but those days are so few and far between. As exercise used to be my outlet I dont really have one anymore. did to do a hard workout. Sometimes Ill try a calming video game but that feels nothing like a good workout.
