I found yoga a few months after being diagnosed. It felt like home. Iafterward I was so happy to have found yoga. I did it daily for a long time. It was an exercise that I could do from the comfort of my own home and I felt good after doing it. I felt accomplished and I could feel my body strengthening once again.
